It really seems that the past few years has been one traumatic experience after another. This Friday the 13th, Pizza Hell has asked artists to represent how they heal from trauma. Of course, the process of creating music is one of those factors for each artist. Vishuddha is known as the throat chakra, which is responsible for communication and self-expression. What you're about to indulge yourself with is that expression, because we all need to scream.

Each track has a message from that artist, we encourage you to go a bit more in depth this time around.
