This is something completely different. On Black Friday of 2018, noise artist met to create a choir using analog tapes and live performance. It started with two tracks by Chak Tulix creating a basis for all the other artist to build from. On their own, each artist created a track to be an addition to that base, then on the fated night, all the tracks were played at once on tapes brought in. It was a giant miasma of noise and it was one of the greatest things to experience.

Now you can do. Once you download these tracks, they can be experienced on their own, or put together. Using your desired source (we would suggest loading each track into Audacity or the likes for selective playback), you can create your own choir piece using these tracks and see how the pieces fit, or conflict.

It's all thanks to Chak's idea that this came to fruition, so we hope you enjoy experimenting, and keep on the look out for future creativity from the Analog Choir!
